Born on 29th February, in Mgbakwu community in Awka North Local Government Area of Anambra State.
He obtained his first degree in Diploma in Marketing. Second degree in Surveying and Geoinformatics (B.Sc). Masters in Remote Sensing and GIS and PhD in Remote sensing and GIS (in view).
For many years, he is known in his state as a youth leader, mobilizer and benefactor. He is a vibrant young man who is very purposeful in youthful engagements with the driving spirit of empowering and employing the youths.
From his undergraduate stage, he has held various elected and appointed positions which he sees as an opportunity to serve humanity. Some of his past and present positions are;
