Membership of the Youth Council were drawn from: Established State Chapters, Local Government Chapter, Ward Units and other Youth Organizations affiliated to the 𝗡𝗬𝗖𝗡. Hence, Only Chapters, Branches, Units or Member Organizations can be or act as a legal entity in the Youth Council.

A Voluntary Youth Organization is any uniform Organization which has its membership opened to Youth and populated by only young people between 18- 35 years working for the wellbeing of other Young People. The uniform Organization that falls under this category is an integral part of the Youth Council and a major avenue for mobilization and implementation of Programmes and activities of the Youth Council. Examples: 𝗕𝗼𝘆’𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁, 𝗕𝗼𝘆’𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗲, 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀, 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗲, 𝗠𝗮𝗻 𝗢’ 𝗪𝗮𝗿, 𝗥𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗠𝗮𝗻 𝗢𝗳 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀, 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘀, 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗢𝗳 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 etc.

These are religious organization that are populated by young person between 18 – 35 years and work towards the wellbeing of other young people. Examples:  𝗖𝗬𝗢𝗡, 𝗔𝗬𝗙, 𝗖𝗖𝗡, 𝗬𝗢𝗪𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗡, 𝗢𝗔𝗜𝗖, 𝗘𝗖𝗪𝗔 etc.
